The International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions (AICESIS) together with the Economic and Social Council of Romania has orgaized the General Assembly of AICESIS, between October 9 and October 10, 2019, at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel.

The Economic and Social Council of Romania holds, through President Iacob Baciu, for a term of 2 years, the rotating presidency of the International Association of Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions (AICESIS).

This General Assembly of AICESIS has maredk the end of the term of office of the President of AICESIS for Mr. Iacob Baciu.
