      Each organization according to their own institutional rules will designate 8 titular advisors and 4 substitute advisors who are later confirmed by the President of the Guatemala.

      The president is named by the President of Guatemala from a list of candidates defined by the General Assembly for a period of 4 years. Main role: lead the General Assembly and Permanent Commission meetings, liaison between CES and other government entities, and publicly represent CES in political or social activities.

      The General Assembly can meet ordinary up to two meetings per month and extraordinary as many as required. Main roles: analyze and approve opinion that CES will make public, name the General Secretariat, study and approve the annual budget of the institution, hire external audit for each year passed, decide to accept donations and define the list of candidates for CES president.

      It’s the executive and administrative body, designated by the General Assembly for an indefinite term and to legally represent CES. Main roles: Issue and certify meetings minutes, archive and guard all documents created or received by de council, organize and call for the Permanente Committee and General Assembly meetings, hire all operative and administrative staff, expenses authorizations, coordinate public opinions by CES and attend Permanente Committee and General Assembly meetings
