Functioning of the ESC

Commissions
Two types of commissions have functioned since 2006: ad-hoc commissions and the Executive Commission. Work commissions created by Decree 13-05 are being revised since a new governing law is in process. Presently only the Executive Commission is active.
 

Achievements of the ESC
The first 4 years of the ESC have been dedicated to establishing a name and a position as a  social dialogue promoter between government, and workers and employers associations, with the participation of civil society institutions.

The General Assembly was held in Rabat (Morocco) on June 11. On the occasion the Moroccan ESEC took the UCESIF presidency.
