Du 31 octobre au 1er novembre 2023, une session de l'Assemblée générale de l'AICESIS s'est tenue à Moscou. Dans le cadre de la session, Lidia Mikheeva, présidente de l'AICESIS et secrétaire de la Chambre civique de la Fédération de Russie, a présenté aux membres de l'Association le rapport final rédigé à l’issue de la présidence russe autour du thème « La vie à l'ère en ligne : nouveaux défis et soif de solutions ».
